We are beginning with the construction of a business house with a modern urban and transport infrastructure, including 5000 parking spaces. A business house, with the gross area of 33 600 square meters will be built with modern architectural standards concerning the environment. Our services are offered to foreign companies entering the Macedonian regions, as well as medium and small enterprises and various institutions wishing to implement into the markets of SE Europe.

The projected size of the facility will be 74 m x 35 m, this is 2590 square meters per floor. The building will have 3 underground parking garages (with total 500 parking spaces) in 10 floors.

The building itself is conceived as the building block that has two cores, with 3 lifts and 1 cargo each. The central place will include a cafe.
